SHIPPING / DELIVERY and / or COLLECTION

Once you have placed your order and we have received your payment, we will prepare it for shipment.

The delivery time depends on the product. We strive to offer the product the next working day for shipment, if in stock. You can view the stock status in the webshop.

We send all our domestic and foreign packages with DHL, so we can ship them as cheaply as possible, some packages are sent via Post NL due to the size of the package. For the transport of larger and heavier items that cannot be transported by regular parcel services, we can inform you of the delivery or transport costs on request, after you have provided us with your address by e-mail. Our products are packed and shipped with care.

As soon as your items leave our door, you will receive another email from us with the Track & Trace data. Via this link you can track the package and view the status. Please note that packages that are shipped on Friday afternoon are usually only delivered on Tuesday/Wednesday.

As soon as we deliver the package to a delivery point, you can track the status of your package, if we deliver a package during the weekend, this status will remain the same for longer, because the packages are only collected on Monday at the delivery points.

Would you like to return a free shipped order? Then 6.95 will be deducted due to the free shipping, plus the return costs are for your own account.

We will make sure that you receive an e-mail when the order is ready. You can then make a pick-up appointment by phone or by mail. If it is not possible for you to collect an ordered product that really cannot be shipped, you can always contact us, perhaps we will be near you soon and can still deliver the product, we also have a delivery service we regularly work with.
